John Terhaar

After a lengthy battle with cancer, John Terhaar died on Thursday, December 23 in Pine River, MN, at the age of 57. He was born on March 11, 1964, in St. Cloud, MN and raised in Rice, MN. John was a faithful employee of Gooden Company for nearly 30 years. He was happiest when surrounded by family and friends and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

John was preceded in death by his parents, John and Harriet Terhaar, and is survived by his wife, Kim; children: Justin Terhaar (Melinda), Jenna Allen (Jesse), Spencer Terhaar (Desiree); stepchildren:  Brittany Werner (Phill), Tyler Johnson (Kristine), Tanner Johnson (Stephanie); grandchildren:  Ellcy, William, Loralei, Brayden, Natalie, Landon, Reid, Will, and Eva; sisters: Susan Haugen (Keith), Wendy Kadrlik (Tim), Sherri Ingvarsson (Steve); and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be 2 PM on Sunday, January 2, at First Lutheran Church, Pine River. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
