Peggy Kristoff

Peggy (Crandall) Kristoff, age 88, of Pequot Lakes, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018, at Essentia St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Brainerd. She was born September 19, 1930, to Herbert and Lucille Crandall in Robbinsdale, MN.

Peggy attended and graduated from Robbinsdale High School in 1948. She married Neil Wichterman in 1951 and had 3 sons. She married Larry Kristoff in 1977 and acquired 3 step children.

Peggy was a PR.CI Supervisor at the Hennepin County Welfare Dept. for 28 years. Peggy and Larry enjoyed over 20 years in the Pequot Lakes area during the summers and Harlingen, TX, for 8 months in the winter.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Jim and Timm Crandall. She is survived by husband, Larry; sons: Gary (Jeanne), Garth and Grant; grandchildren: Stephanie Meacham, Troy Wichterman, Jill Anderson, Sara Wichterman, Adria Kelley; 5 great grandchildren; step children: Charlene Chase (Sam), Larry Kristoff and Teresa Mitchell, 9 step grandchildren; 12 step great grandchildren; and sister, Roxanne Booth.

Services will be 10:30 AM on Tuesday, November 20 at Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 7:30 PM and one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Pelican Woods Cemetery, Breezy Point.
