Ruth E. Holmes, age 100, of Pine River, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2008, at Whispering Pines Good Samaritan Center, Pine River. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, April 25, at Evergreen Cemetery, Backus.
