Howard Flategraff

Howard Oliver Flategraff was born November 10, 1935, in Pine River, MN, to Oliver and Petra Flategraff and passed away April 26, 2021, at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Howard served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1958. He had a successful career as a carpenter and Project Superintendent for 35 years. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Howard is survived by his wife of 41 years, Delores; sisters, Marilyn Chamberlain and Delores (Duwayne) Johnson of Pine River; children: Dale (Lori) Flategraff of Pine River, Wayne Flategraff of Nevis, Cindy (Loren) Wolfe of Grand Rapids, Julie (Phil) Swenson of Pine River; 11 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be 3 PM on Saturday, May 1, at First Lutheran Church, Pine River. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 PM at Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes and one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Moose Lake Cemetery, rural Pequot Lakes.
